  • eUMB HRMS will be undergoing required system maintenance during the weekend of 9/6/24 (5pm) to 9/8/24. There will be some impacts after the system maintenance: • Any reports run prior to 9/6 will not be available to view/download after 9/6 (5pm) via Process Monitor o Recommendation: Users should be downloading/saving such reports before the cutover, 9/6/24 at 5pm. You will be able to rerun the report after the cutover but the results will depend on what data has changed since the run prior to 9/6 ? For example: If you run a PCD report on Tuesday, 9/3/24 but did not download/save it, the report will no longer be available via Process Monitor after 9/8/24. You can rerun the report but the results may be different due to any possible DR/BR updates. • Any system generated email prior to 9/6 will not work after 9/6 (5pm) o Recommendation: Users are advised to navigate to Self Service Links on UMB Portal for Time Sheet Entry/view, and Time Sheet Approval, etc. ? For example: An ETS supervisor received a system generated email that timesheet is available for approval, but he/she did not approve it by cutover, 9/6/24 at 5pm. After 9/8/24, the Link on that email will not work. He/She will need to navigate to UMB Self-Service Manager to approve the timesheet. o Any emails generated after the cutover will work.
